How to Determine the Cosmetic Condition

We have four levels of cosmetic condition: Like New, Good, Fair, and Poor.

Please use our guide when selecting the condition of your item on our "Sell Your Mac" page.

Like new:
No noticeable flaws. Looks like it just came out of a box.  If it has light scratches or scuffs, then please mark it as good.

Good:
Light scratches and scuffs (not on LCD), but no major flaws.  If it has any casing cracks or screen scratches, then please mark it as fair.

Fair:
May have some heavy scratches and/or scuffs. May have some small dings or small cracks. May have a few scratches on LCD.

Poor:
Has heavy wear, but still works. May have deep scratches, heavy scuffs, large dents, and cracks.
