The iPod 5G Enhanced (MA444LL/A) shares the same casing with the iPod 5G Video and comes in 30GB or 80GB (4200RPM) configurations. The new 2.5” LCD display with LED backlight is up to 60% brighter than the previous iPod 5G Video model. Software upgrades support a search function, screen brightness control and additional iconography. Redesigned earphones ship with the iPod 5G Enhanced which were designed to stay put without foam caps. Video playback has been enhanced to 4 hours of photo slideshows and 3.5 hours video playback for the 30GB configuration and 6 hours of photo slideshows and 6.5 hours video playback for the 80GB configuration.
